18. Lamb
Cute and fluffy, but they sure taste good. It's hard to beat roast leg of lamb with mint sauce, for instance, or lamb chops with garlic and rosemary. Aside from Sunday lunch at your mother’s, the best place to eat lamb is said to be Spain, where milk-fed lamb dishes include lechazo asado (roasted) and chuletillas (grilled chops). New Zealand is similarly famous for its lamb. A speciality is eating it the Maori way, called 'hangi' - steamed with vegetables in an underground earth oven.
